W H O   A R E   W E ?

Based in Eastham Village Conservation area on the Wirral, CareVets is proud to support your BestFriend and you, at every stage of your journey together.

WE ARE INDEPENDENT!

We are local.

We are not owned by a large corporate company.

Which means we are owned and run by local people, for local people.

We take care of your BestFriend as if they were our own.

Our aim is to provide transparent, fairly priced healthcare.

Have a question?

Many of you will know that the veterinary industry is currently under scrutiny by the Competition and Marketing Authority (CMA). This is likely to produce change within our world, we hope for the better.

This is an interesting report into some of the differences between independent and corporate practice.

THANK YOU FOR STAYING INDEPENDENT

D A V E

Chief sleeper and sausage eater

I'm Dave the rottweiler. I am a member of the UK Olympic Sleeping Team and have my own fan club. My favourite things include sausages and arguing with my mum.

Although Dave sadly left us last year, he will remain part of the team and forever our mascot.

Greatly missed ❤️

AttentionHound

Stan joined Care in December 2023 and is quickly making a name for himself as the resident Attentionhound. Hardly a minute goes by when he’s not being informed of how god damn beautiful he is.

Stan is a very smiley person and can be seen here giving Tom Cruise a run for his money. He’s also very athletic.

Stan has a little etiquette still to learn but we think he'll do just fine.

Like most dogs Stan is food oriented and will do cartwheels for a sausage. Stan loves to learn new tricks and is a quick learner. Sliding doors are easypeasy as some of you already know! He’s working on key codes next. After that…..local elections? Watch this space.

Sadly, Stan has now left us.  He made a huge impression on everyone he met. Stan was a very special young man, who was a privilege to know.
